Job summary

Intuitive, the global leader in robotic surgery, seeks a Contract Negotiator for the UK & Ireland market based in Winnersh, England. The role blends legal know‑how with commercial acumen to structure, quote, negotiate, and manage capital transactions and subscriptions across the UKI region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to drive deals from inception to execution, ensuring compliance and enabling hospitals to access life‑changing robotic platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial contracts and negotiations.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and executing capital transactions.
• Experience in tender management and portfolio lifecycles.
• Strong communication and independent working style.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal desk from structuring and quoting to negotiation.
• Manage portfolio, subscriptions and leases with compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal teams to enable deals.
• Support product launches and process development in the region.
