Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ professional work experience.
• Significant experience leading organizational change for large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience advising senior leaders and governing programme-level change risks.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the change management strategy and standards.
• Coordinate change impacts across value streams and regions.
• Lead the Business Adoption team across communications, training, and readiness.
• Maintain governance, forums, tools, and templates for deployment.
• Advise on pace of change and milestones.
