Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician - Leeds - £17-22 per hour

Hunter Gatherer AHP has a niche opportunity based with a very large teaching hospital in Leeds. They are looking for a GPhC-registered technician with prior medicines optimisation experience to join the department on a locum contract. The post holder will work within standard procedures to take drug histories and document details of patients’ drugs on admission. They will also be expected to assess patients' own drugs for quality as part of the wider pharmacy team and to check discharge prescriptions that are clinically checked by a pharmacist.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior NHS experience is required for application for this position.
