Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting GPhC‑registered Pharmacy Technicians to join the Medicines Management team. This Band 4/5 progression post is suitable for experienced hospital technicians or those transitioning from other sectors. Comprehensive in‑house training, ACT development, and specialist pathways are available.

Applicants from Band 5 or those within Band 5 will be considered at Band 5; flexible working patterns are recognised, and cross-site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Pharmacy technician with GPhC.
• Accredited Checking qualification.
• Leadership/management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and label prescriptions accurately.
• Rotate across Inpatient and outpatient dispensing, including clinical trials.
• Support ward-based medicines management and patient counselling.
• Contribute to clinical governance checks and safety initiatives.
