Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Directorate Manager in Medicine on a 33-hour contract. You will join the operational management team to support inpatient and outpatient services, drive performance improvement, and coordinate governance and workforce activities.

Candidates should have NHS operational management experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to analyse complex information while prioritising effectively
