Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Directorate Manager for the Children, Young People and Families directorate. You will lead development and delivery of Directorate performance, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused community-based services.

You will participate in on-call rota, line manage the Directorate team, collaborate with Clinical Director and leads, and drive operational excellence within tight resources.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operational management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and guiding teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational management of all patient services within the designated directorate.
• Lead development and delivery of Directorate performance to meet high-quality, patient-focused community-based services.
• Participate in the on-call rota and line manage other members of the directorate team.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Medical Service Leads, Matrons and AHP Leads to ensure costs are controlled and services meet performance targets.
