An independent, award-winning medical communications agency is looking to add a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative environment and work across a diverse range of impactful healthcare projects.

Whether you're an MW with 2 years’+ experience or an SMW ready to take on more autonomy and leadership, we want to hear from you!

? About the Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, scientifically robust content across multiple therapy areas. This includes publications, slide decks, training materials, and meeting support — all crafted to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

You’ll also:

️ Act as a key contact for clients

️ Contribute to strategic communication planning

️ Liaise with KOLs and support live events

️ (For SMWs) Mentor junior writers and help shape editorial excellence

? Hybrid working – 2 days per week in-office

(Options available in London, Oxford or Manchester)

? What We’re Looking For

? MW: 2 years'+ medical comms experience

? SMW: 3+ years' medical comms experience with client-facing exposure

? MSc or PhD in life sciences or related field

? Strong writing and project management skills

? Familiarity with ABPI, GPP and industry compliance

? MUST be UK based and have previous UK MedComms agency experience

Work on high-impact projects in a supportive, forward-thinking agency
