We have multiple opportunities for Medical Underwriters to join our team! As part of the Royal London Underwriting team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive accurate and fair underwriting decisions with market-leading customer service from the most helpful and trusted customer service teams in the industry.
The Medical Underwriting team manages our customers at the start of their journey, ensuring their policy is correctly set up. This means that when they are most vulnerable, they have all they need to make a claim.
We seek individuals who are customer-focused, compassionate, good communicators, and open to continuous learning and change. You will have a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and trust your decision-making abilities. Collaboration with peers to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure optimal case risk assessment is essential to make the best decisions for our customers.
