We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary. The role is varied and includes clinical typing and providing administrative support to staff in the service.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work with minimal supervision, and be proactive in decision-making. Requirements include excellent keyboard skills, experience with common software packages, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with Trakcare (Patient Management System) are desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
