Job Description:

An exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Medical Secretary within the Acute Services Directorate.

You will have proven secretarial experience and audio typing skills, along with a working knowledge of office procedures and IT applications.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently using initiative, as well as part of a team.

You should have good typing speeds, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and flexibility are also essential.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
