North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an administrative assistant to provide high-quality secretarial support for the Consultant Psychiatrist and non-medical Prescribers. The role involves assisting with correspondence, clinic preparation, and EPR management.
Ideal candidates will have RSA typing qualifications, AMSPAR, IT qualifications, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in NHS processes is advantageous, with flexible working options available.
Providing and receiving routine information which may sometimes require tact or persuasive skills to overcome barriers to understanding. This may involve providing and receiving of sensitive or complex information, providing advice, instruction or training where the subject matter is straightforward. In particular this will involve working predominantly for the Consultant Psychiatrist and non-medical prescribers and will involve the following responsibilities:

All employees new to the Trust will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
All clinical staff bands 2-4 that are new to the Trust will be required to complete a Care Certificate.
