Administrative Support: Transcribe medical letters and reports, manage calls and emails, and handle patient correspondence.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with data protection standards.
Reception Duties: Assist at the reception to provide a welcoming experience for patients.
Financial Transactions: Handle payments and liaise with medical insurers, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
Professionalism: Courteous demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems (training provided if necessary).
Organizational Abilities: Strong audio typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confidentiality: Strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to relevant regulations.
Experience: Previous experience in a medical secretarial role is advantageous.
