This specialist alternative asset manager is seeking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports directly to the Deputy Company Secretary and provides excellent exposure to all departmental work.
This position is ideal for an Assistant in a larger team seeking more responsibility and autonomy, or a Company Secretarial Assistant looking to progress. You do not need to be CGI qualified (study support available), but should have a solid grounding in company secretarial practice and statutory compliance. Experience with Diligent Entities and organizing board and committee meetings is advantageous.
