Our talented and skilled team collaborate to innovate, challenge and test not only in relation to our products but every facet of how we work. We lead the way, finding innovative solutions to even the most complex problems, all in the name of delivering better patient care.

Our business is growing rapidly across the globe and as we grow, our core culture of “We Care” universally connects us. We believe that your ambition and integrity fuels ours and we are committed to supporting our employees to reach their full potential through tangible investment in their careers. Join us as we continue to #discoverbetter.

What is the role? As an MSL at Aerogen you will enable the safe and effective use of Aerogen's devices through effective scientific interactions and communications with relevant key opinion leaders. This fosters a deep understanding of our clinical data to drive positive impact for patients and HCPs and better understanding of the landscape for commercial opportunities.

You will plan and execute a strategy for your territory and develop strong relationships with KOLs enabling engagement and support for, new evidence generation, peer to peer meetings and training or support for further educational cascade and science exchange.
Aerogen has heavily invested in scientific and clinical evidence and currently holds over 300 patents and has more than 200 publications and clinical studies that support the efficacy and safety of our products. As we expand our product and geographical footprint, we will continue to focus on generating new evidence. As an MSL at Aerogen you will be at the forefront of these developments and will contribute to our purpose of transforming patient care.
Since Aerogen’s establishment, 26 years ago, we have helped over 25,000,000 patients in 80 countries. Our focus on patients is at the core of our We Care culture, as well as focus on our communities - we pledge 1% of our revenues to local and international charities – and our people – we are in fact committed to supporting our employees through investment in their development so that they can achieve their career aspirations.
We expect our employees to embody our values of integrity, teamwork, innovation and ambition. All of our values are key to the success of an MSL at Aerogen and you can see below some examples:
• Integrity: The MSLs are always expected to provide balanced, objective, and scientifically accurate responses to off-label questions only when unsolicited by HCPs
• Teamwork: MSLs often work cross-functionally with commercial and marketing teams, but with clearly defined boundaries to maintain scientific integrity and compliance. This includes extensive peer to peer programme which helps increase HCP knowledge related to aerosol therapy across the hospital
• Innovation: we complete many Advisory boards which help gather science-driven insights from KOLs to help shape our medical strategy and identify unmet clinical evidence needs.
• Ambition – MSLs are no longer seen as a support function. Their strategic role shapes business strategies, including gathering insights from HCPs and congresses and symposiums attendance.

If you are wondering what a typical day might look like, here are some ideas:

• You have a positive track record of building effective relationships at multiple levels both within and outside your organisation and driving outcomes with determination as well as poise, tact, and diplomacy.
