This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a medical or scientific background seeking a new challenge where your impact will be immediately visible. Individuals motivated by the opportunity to raise awareness, educate, and influence the medical landscape through the launch of new, first-in-class therapies will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead awareness and advocacy initiatives to facilitate the appropriate introduction of the compound into the treatment landscape.
  • Develop and disseminate scientific narratives, crafting compelling communications for each compound and disease area aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global Medical departments to establish a medical footprint for Menarini-Stemline.
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with key medical experts and opinion leaders relevant to current and future disease areas for Menarini-Stemline.
  • Promote disease awareness through external medical education and organize local scientific programs such as symposia, regional advisory boards, and scientific meetings in line with disease-specific plans.
  • Coordinate and contribute proactively to all pre-launch and lifecycle activities for pipeline products in the region.
  • Provide medical support and information to healthcare professionals regarding Menarini-Stemline products, ensuring compliance with relevant processes and regulations.
  • Engage actively in scientific and educational interactions with therapeutic specialists on diagnostic and clinical aspects of relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Facilitate patient access programs (EAPs) to address unmet medical needs locally.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and market insights on diagnostic methods and treatment paradigms relevant to Menarini-Stemline.
  • Support internal medical knowledge development and train sales and other teams on disease and product-related topics, in coordination with Medical Affairs Europe.
  • Support local investigator-initiated trials and research projects; assist with patient enrollment in clinical trials through Clinical Operations.
  • Ensure all pharmacovigilance and risk management activities are planned and executed in accordance with local laws.
  • Maintain legal compliance and adhere to Menarini-Stemline SOPs and local regulations across all medical activities.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in Oncology, preferably Breast Cancer, with established contacts among top KOLs.
  • Experience with product launches is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of biomarkers and diagnostics is desirable.
  • Strong educational background in biosciences.
  • Ability to effectively communicate scientific and medical information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Excellent team player with a strategic approach.
  • Fluent in English.
