The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse with PIN, capable of collating and indexing medical records, creating chronologies, and advising the team on injuries and care. Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with PIN.
• Nursing or medical qualification with at least 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with NHS complaints or medical records clerking is a plus.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collating medical records, digitally sorting, paginating and indexing.
• Preparing chronologies/timelines and identifying missing documents.
• Providing professional guidance to the Legal Team on client injuries and care.
