Office Angels is recruiting for a Medical Receptionist in Faversham. The role is 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with an ongoing temporary contract that could become permanent. Salary is £13 per hour, with offices centrally located and parking available. Immediate start preferred to support a busy practice.

You will be based on reception dealing with patients, handling enquiries, booking appointments, and passing medication enquiries to the prescription team. A patient-facing background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused or reception role.
• Ideally from a Medical/Patient facing background.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at reception.
• Handle inquiries face-to-face and by phone.
• Book appointments and send reminders.
• Route medication enquiries to the prescription team.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
