Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a Solicitor to join the Newcastle team handling medical negligence cases. You will manage your own caseload from start to finish, while assisting senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters.

The role emphasizes practical problem-solving and client-focused advice to secure interim payments where possible. You will join a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, excellence and compassionate client service, with opportunities to develop further expertise

Formación

• 1yr PQE+ experience in Medical Negligence
• Ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice
• Technical experience gained within medical negligence
• Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high value complex cases
• Ability to manage own caseloads whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Manage own caseload from start to finish.
• Assist senior colleagues with complex, high-value cases.
• Identify key issues and propose practical solutions for clients.
• Where possible secure interim payments to support rehabilitation, care packages and accommodation.
