Job summary

gtd healthcare is recruiting a Salaried GP to lead Charlestown Medical Practice, combining clinical GP duties with a Medical Leadership role. The post includes 4 hours per week of protected leadership time and options for 15–37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, at a busy community practice.

The role requires delivering high-quality, guideline-driven care, meeting QoF and KLOE targets, and engaging in continual professional development within a supportive, not-for-profit environment that values

Qualifications

• GP with CCT or equivalent.
• MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
• GP Trainer status or eligible for trainer role.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and urgent GP care per NHS guidelines.
• Lead clinical governance and drive QoF and KLOE targets.
• Participate in clinical meetings and safeguarding activities.
• Support digital triage and patient communication systems.
