Job Description:

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area. As the MICES you will be responsible for providing technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients/caregivers with a high degree of quality customer service in the local language.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. You will research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels including (but not limited to) phone, email, webform, live chat or postal mail, within the required timelines and standards.
  2. As the MICES, you will document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / Work Instruction (WI), and regulatory guidelines.
  3. You will identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
  4. As the MICES, you will provide responses in the customer's local language (Danish) using approved resources in English.
Role Requirements
  1. Relevant degree in Life Science / Healthcare.
  2. 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience.
  3. Customer Service experience.
  4. Fluent Danish speaker.
