This market-leading company is looking to hire a Medical Field Service Engineer specializing in Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics. The role involves providing service, installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of advanced medical laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate sophisticated laboratory diagnostic equipment
  • Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products at customer sites
Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing field service role within high-value capital equipment environments
  • Background in laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical devices, or related sectors
  • Experience with diagnostics such as autoimmune, immunology, biochemistry, hematology, histology, microbiology, or immunodiagnostics systems
  • Engineering, electronics, or science qualification (minimum ONC level, City & Guilds, or NVQ)
  • Open to engineers from various sectors, as comprehensive training will be provided
