Job summary

Unicorn Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer covering South West/West London to service medical washer disinfectors in hospitals and clinics. The role includes calibration, validation, and on-site reporting, with full training provided.

A strong electrical/mechanical background and a valid UK driving licence are required. You will work 45 hours per week with overtime paid at enhanced rates, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Time served apprenticeship is highly desirable.
• Strong electrical fault finding and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and calibration of medical washer disinfectors.
• Validation and testing of reprocessing equipment.
• Electrical fault finding and mechanical maintenance.
• Creation of on site validation and laboratory reports.
• Training and mentoring for engineers.
• Coaching and first-line support for new engineers.
• Servicing of selected third party products within the portfolio.
