Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Medical device development experience in ISO 13485 environment.
• Experience taking products through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical device development projects across the full lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
• Own technical direction, project delivery, budgets and timescales.
• Lead mechanical, electronics, software and industrial design teams.
• Engage directly with MedTech, diagnostics and life sciences clients.
• Guide teams through complex product development and design challenges.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships.
