Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking registered nurses (RMN/RNLD/RGN), physiotherapists and occupational therapists for a hybrid role based in Watford. The position offers a salary of £50,000+ per year plus a bonus scheme and includes a comprehensive 9-week training program with paid training.

Part-time consideration is available, provided candidates commit to full-time training during the 9-week period. Benefits include a company pension, life insurance, sick pay, and wellbeing programmes alongside

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working experience or above.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and develop in medico-legal pathway.

Responsibilities

• Assess up to a maximum of four to six customers per day.
• Assessments via paper, telephone, video or face-to-face.
• Create written reports from clinical observations.
• Pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) for decision on support.
• Assess a benefit called Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.
