We’re looking for a Mediation Case Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team in Burnley.

This part-time, office-based role is at the heart of our work, helping us deliver on our mission to empower people of all ages and backgrounds to prevent, manage, and resolve conflict, and to achieve the best outcomes from their conversations.

Monday to Thursday, (12:30pm–5:00pm) & Friday, (1:00pm–5:00pm) 22 hours per week

Office-based in Burnley

We’re looking for someone who is committed to making a difference.

This role involves speaking with clients, managing referrals, and keeping accurate records, so being organised, reliable, and a good communicator is essential.
