Job summary

Remedy Education are seeking a confident and creative Digital Media Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming East London school. You will support students with practical digital media tasks, helping them stay engaged and focused in lessons.

The role involves assisting with editing, filming, photography or design work, 1:1 and small group support, and helping pupils understand instructions while encouraging creativity and independence. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in Digital Media, IT, Design or Creative Technology.
• Experience using creative software or digital media tools is desirable.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Patient, reliable and proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Digital Media Teaching Assistant

Remedy Education are looking for a confident and creative Digital Media Teaching Assistant to join a school based in East London.

This role would suit someone with experience or a strong interest in digital media, creative technology, photography, video editing, graphic design or content creation. The school are looking for someone who can support students with practical digital media tasks while helping them stay engaged and focused in lessons.

Position: Digital Media Teaching Assistant
Location: East London
Pay: £100–£117 per day
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP / September roles available
School Type: School setting

The Role:

As a Digital Media Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students during digital media and creative technology lessons

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
