The role involves supporting students in digital media and creative technology lessons, assisting with editing, filming, photography and design tasks, and helping pupils stay engaged in class.

The ideal candidate will have a background or strong interest in digital media, IT, design or creative technology, plus experience with relevant software.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in Digital Media, IT, Design or Creative Technology.
• Experience using creative software or digital media tools.
• Previous experience working with children or young people.

Responsibilities

• Support students during digital media and creative technology lessons.
• Assist with practical tasks such as editing, filming, photography or design work.
• Help pupils understand instructions and complete classroom activities.
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and progress.
• Assist the teacher with resources, equipment and lesson preparation.
• Encourage creativity, confidence and independent learning.
• Support positive behaviour and classroom routines.
