Job summary

USP College seeks a dynamic Teacher of Media to inspire students in the Creative Industries department. You will deliver high-quality, career-focused teaching across Levels 1 to 4, supporting learners’ progression and success.

Qualified to degree in relevant subject or similar.
Enthusiastic about teaching with strategies to support learners across Levels 1–4.
Confident using digital tools to engage learners and enhance teaching.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to help every learner succeed.
Use digital platforms (Teams, Google Classroom) and emerging AI tools to enhance learning and feedback.
Participate in curriculum development and student induction activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support improvement.
Uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health and safety policies.
