1. Project Context

The Media Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of technical deliveries within the Data, Technical, and Operations (DTO) Hub, driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration between cross-functional workstreams. This position serves as the link between technical implementation and business strategy, ensuring that data solutions meet client objectives effectively. It will work alongside the Data Governance Delivery Senior Manager to ensure all deliveries within DTO are met holistically.

The Media Project Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

Client Solutions & Strategy

• Collaborate with the client solutions team to define technical requirements and ensure the effective implementation of these.
• Align technical execution with overall strategic business objectives.

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee multiple workstreams within the data and tech hub to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Implement best practices for program management, risk mitigation, and workflow optimization.

Data & Digital Expertise

• Leverage experience in analytics and digital marketing to drive technical strategies that improve marketing performance.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Technical Oversight & Innovation

• Guide teams in developing advanced data-driven frameworks, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and integrate emerging technologies.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives.
• Act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring seamless communication.
