Job title: Media Planner/buyer

Location: London (hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £35K DOE

Are you an ambitious and creative media planner and buyer eager to drive brand growth? Do you have the passion to make a real difference to the industry? If so, keep reading!

Our client is an award-winning agency, which takes a no-nonsense, gutsy approach to delivering quick and effective solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This role will involve:

• Planning, buying, and optimising across online and offline media channels
• Monitoring campaign data to ensure success and proactively address challenges
• Pitching and presenting for new business opportunities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
• Following campaign strategies set out by the senior team
• Supporting junior staff with deliverables and helping them upskill

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of agency-side experience in communications planning and buying
• An analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
• An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to excel
• Experience activating campaigns on Meta and/or Google
• Experience planning AV channels
