pre-production: Review project files, select top-quality vendors and talent, plan and manage schedules, and provide thorough instructions.

Guide production: Supervise recording sessions, support audio/video editor processes, and provide real-time feedback to ensure quality and consistency.

Lead post-production: Ensure flawless video and audio editing, graphics replacement, subtitling, and rigorous final checks before project delivery.

Optimize project workflows: Negotiate with vendors and talent, troubleshoot production issues, and work with management to implement solutions for continual improvement.

Champion quality: Review final deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and cultural resonance.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Producer or Media Project Management, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
• You're skilled at managing multiple workflows and communicating effectively with creative and technical teams alike.
• You're proficient at scheduling, guiding, and giving feedback to voice talents, studios, and editors in a fast-paced environment.
• You've worked in multiple AI voiceover platforms and are familiar with basic technical and ethical tenets of synthetic voice production.
• Ability to negotiate rates and deadlines with contract talents to maximize project efficiency.
