Media Buyer

Salary: £50,000 (subject to experience) with £55,000 OTE

Base: Chelmsford (fully office based role)

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK's leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow, and scale the business.

They are looking for an out and out expert Media Buyer to join their busy and fast paced marketing team.

Working with agency, creatives, copywriters and funnel builders you will play a significant part in this companies continued growth by using their £2mil yearly marketing budget effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation, management, and monitoring of online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including META, TikTok, Google PPC and others.
• Analyse campaign performance to ensure CPA goals and other specific KPIs are achieved.
• Optimise ads and landing pages based on performance data to improve campaign profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with representatives from media buying platforms.
• Conduct industry research to identify new traffic sources and marketing opportunities.
• Define and target audiences for specific media campaigns and devise strategies to reach them effectively.
• Negotiate and manage campaign terms across CPC, CPM, and CPA platforms.
• Collaborate with the Design team to develop engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Your Background & Skill

• Very simply, you need to be an expert and experienced Media buyer who can hit the ground running and make a positive impact in a fantastic and growing company.
• You must also have excellent understanding of numbers and data.
• You must have expert knowledge on how to buy media from online platforms.
• You must be data driven, analytical and have excellent reporting skills.
• Great communication skills are also key.
