ROSEN in Newcastle is seeking a Mechatronics Technician to maintain, overhaul, modify, and test high-tech inspection equipment. You will assess system conditions, perform modifications or repairs, and assemble/calibrate equipment prior to release and commissioning.
The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with opportunities for training, international travel, and collaboration with expert teams across the globe.

As a Mechatronics Technician, you will maintain, overhaul, modify, and test high-tech inspection equipment in accordance with specified quality standards. You will assess the condition of inspection systems and perform modifications and/or repairs when necessary. Furthermore, you will assemble, test, and calibrate inspection equipment prior to release and commissioning. Due to the wide variety of inspection tools and systems, no two days are the same. This diverse position requires both your technical expertise and analytical skills.
We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of workshop experience, although recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. You will receive comprehensive internal training to become familiar with ROSEN’s technologies and applications and will be certified according to industry guidelines.
A Certificate of Good Behavior is a mandatory requirement for employment at ROSEN, and we will reimburse the costs associated with the application for this certificate.
