Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a QC Junior Laboratory Technician to perform mechanical layup and testing for batch release in the QC Lab. You will help ensure conformance to customer and internal specs and maintain high test capability with low variability.

You will work under the Quality Laboratory Manager, supporting documentation, 5S housekeeping, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Mechanical Testing or a BSc in a scientific field.
• Experience in practical Mechanical testing and using PC based systems.
• Must have good verbal communication and able to manage internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical layup and testing for batch release analysis in the QC Lab.
• Support 5S housekeeping and ensure compliance with internal procedures and Customer standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Lab Manager and other teams to investigate test-related concerns.
• Maintain high test capability and low variability in QC testing activities.
