Flourish is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Technician for precision engineering based in North Oxfordshire. You will manufacture and assemble high-precision components, following engineering drawings and tight specifications.

The role involves operating manual mills and lathes, fitting parts, inspecting components, and solving mechanical issues on complex assemblies. You will join a skilled team in a well-equipped workshop, with opportunities for training and career development, and a competitive

• Carrying out adjustments, modifications and repairs where required.
• Identifying and resolving mechanical issues through effective fault finding.
• Maintaining high standards of workshop organisation, equipment care and safe working practices.

Salary: £40,000 + Travel Expenses

Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | On Site

The Role
