Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Warwick to service and overhaul motors, pumps and gearboxes in a busy workshop environment. You will perform maintenance, fault finding, repairs and assembly, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

The role offers regular overtime at time and a half, paid call outs, and a clear path to progression into supervisory or management positions for engineers with the right skills and drive.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Experience working on motors, pumps, gearboxes, or rotating equipment.
• Commutable to Warwick.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, servicing, and overhauling electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Mechanical maintenance, fault finding, assembly, and workshop repairs.
