Job Title: Aerospace Mechanical Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical-biased Technician to join a prominent aerospace engineering company in the Bolton area.

You will be assembling and testing a range of complex mechanical systems, either in the repair section or in the new product build area.

Prior aerospace experience is preferred, but for the right candidate, this could be a great entry into the aerospace industry.

• Finding and testing faults in complex hydraulic products.
• Assembling complex hydraulic products.
• Completing Quality Audits.
• Building new and repairing existing hydraulic products.
• Using measuring tools such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect components.

Background - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

• Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed procedures.
• Competency with various assembly tools.
• Hydraulic Testing Experience.
