Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and fault finding on industrial mechanical equipment.
• Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and safe systems of work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems.
• Perform inspections, testing, adjustments, and repairs to ensure safe operation of plant assets.
• Support fault finding and troubleshooting on operational equipment.
• Participate in emergency breakdown response and maintenance call-out activities.
• Produce and implement mechanical isolations per procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to maximise asset reliability.
• Support engineering and capital projects during planning, execution and commissioning.
• Ensure work complies with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
