Mechanical Technician (Engineer) role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of materials handling equipment. You will enjoy great benefits associated with a world-leading company, including training on their product range.
The role is suitable for engineers from various backgrounds including plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants are also encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills on vehicles or plant equipment.
You will be part of a highly skilled team in a reputable business. The role involves mechanical and electrical service and repair of used forklifts. Responsibilities include ordering spares when needed and communicating progress to the Workshop Manager. The position is based at a client's site, a large automated warehouse in Burton-on-Trent.
