Job summary

Scantec is seeking an SC or DV Mechanical Technician for a project in Aldermaston, Reading, on a contract basis. Rate £38.17 per hour, CIS (Agency PAYE also available). Start ASAP for a minimum 12 months.

You must hold an NVQ Level 3, a CSCS Gold Card and have Swagelok pipefitting experience. Must hold current SC clearance and be willing to obtain DV clearance. Hours follow a 9-day fortnight, with alternating 40/35 hour weeks.

We are looking for an SC or DV Mechanical Technician for our client on a project based in Aldermaston, Reading.

Job Details:

• Type: Contract
• Rates: Contract: £ 38.17 p/h
• Pay Type: CIS (Agency PAYE also available – rates available on request)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months minimum

Essentials:

Hours:

• 9 day fortnight
• Week 1 = 40 hours
• Mon - Thursday 07:45 - 17:00 ( this includes 30 mins unpaid lunch) = 35 hrs
• Friday 07:45 - 12:15 (no lunch break) = 5hrs
• Week 2 = 35 hours
• Mon - Thursday 07:45 - 17:0 0 ( this includes 30 mins unpaid lunch) = 35 hrs
