Mechanical Supervisor - Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a residential construction project in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum of 6 months' work, with an ASAP start available for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical installation works across the residential development, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The role will involve supervising mechanical subcontractors and site teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring progress and ensuring installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and the project programme. You will work closely with the Site Management and Project Management teams, coordinating mechanical works with other trades and helping to maintain programme and quality throughout the development.

Candidates must have proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on residential construction projects. Experience overseeing mechanical installations within new-build residential developments would be highly beneficial. Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential, along with a good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements.
