Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join on a Ministry of Justice project. You will supervise mechanical works on site, manage subcontractors and coordinate with trades to keep works on programme and to high standards.

Applicants should have proven supervision experience in commercial construction, a strong grasp of mechanical regulations and health & safety requirements, and NVQ Level 2/3 in mechanical. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising mechanical installations and subcontractors.
• Strong on-site coordination and delivery to programme.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in mechanical disciplines required.
