The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will oversee electrical subcontractors and site teams, coordinate works with other trades, monitor progress and ensure compliance with relevant health & safety regulations, specifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in commercial construction, facilities management or refurbishment projects. You will have proven experience supervising electrical installations and subcontractors, coordinating works on site and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Previous experience working on MoJ, government, custodial, defence or other security-sensitive projects would be highly advantageous. A strong understanding of electrical regulations, health & safety requirements and site procedures is essential, alongside excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. Relevant electrical qualifications and a recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification are essential.
