Job summary

First Military Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for a permanent role at Snowdonia depot. The role oversees MEP installation works and coordinates trades to meet project objectives.

You will supervise mechanical, electrical, and public health works, ensuring quality and safety while liaising with engineering and commercial teams. A degree in engineering or equivalent is required, with at least five years in construction and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• SSSTS certification or equivalent health and safety training.
• Experience managing MEP subcontractors and coordinating trades.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical, electrical and public health installation works.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Monitor quality, programme and compliance across all MEP activities.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial and construction teams to deliver objectives.
