Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd in North Wales seeks an MEP Supervisor / Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a major infrastructure project.

You will report to the MEP Package Manager and coordinate electrical works on site, working with designers, client and specialist subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. Site-based role on a tunnelling/rail infrastructure program, with attractive salary and allowances.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering or electrical supervision experience.
• Experience delivering MEP works on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating specialist subcontractors.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary construction projects and interfaces.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in major infrastructure, tunnelling, rail, utilities, energy or heavy civils is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP works on site, focusing on electrical packages.
• Coordinate with other engineering and construction disciplines.
• Work with specialist subcontractors, designers and client team.
• Monitor subcontractor scopes of work and progress.
• Identify and record changes to scope and delays.
• Provide information to project management and commercial teams.
• Ensure works comply with project requirements.
• Support health, safety and quality on site.
