What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Maintenance Manager and other supervisors, you will:

• Lead operational mechanical work across campus.
• Manage work assignments via our helpdesk/work management system.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs.
• Provide technical support for refurbishment projects and operational needs.
• Ensure team training, safety, and competence standards are maintained.
