Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for a permanent role near Portmadog, Wales. You will assist with the management and coordination of MEP trades under the MEP package manager, ensuring compliance and collaboration across disciplines.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of supervision experience, mechanical qualifications, and a CSCS card. SSSTS/IOSH/SMSTS are desirable; eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervision experience.
• Candidates ideally will hold relevant mechanical qualifications (time served).
• CSCS card (Skilled worker).
• SSSTS - Preferred but not essential.
• IOSH - Desirable.
• SMSTS - Desirable.

Job title: Mechanical Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent

Start date: Subject to clearance

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa + £5750 Car Allowance + Benefits

Location: Near Portmadog, Wales

Hours of work: 45 Hours Per Week - Onsite 5 days per week

The Role:

As the Mechanical Supervisor you will assist with the management and coordination of MEP trades on the project under the direction of the MEP package manager. You will coordinate and collaborate with other project disciplines and sections as required. Aswell as ensuring project compliance with all requirements within area of responsibility and to support others as required to allow compliance across the project.

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Maintain a working knowledge of all subcontractors' scopes of works within area of responsibility.
• Identify and record any changes to scope, including delays.
• Provide appropriate records to line management (MEP Package Manager) and commercial teams.

Experience/Qualifications:

• All candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years supervision experience
• Candidates ideally will hold relevant mechanical qualifications (time served etc)
• CSCS card (Skilled worker)
• SSSTS - Preferred but not essential
• IOSH - Desirable
• SMSTS - Desirable
