Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to manage and coordinate MEP trades on site near Portmadog, Wales. This permanent role requires 3-5 years of supervision experience and a mechanical qualification, with CSCS (Skilled Worker) as a minimum.

You will report to the MEP Package Manager, ensure area compliance, and provide records to the line management and commercial teams. A driving commitment to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervision experience.
• CSCS card (Skilled Worker) required.
• SSSTS preferred; IOSH/SMSTS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of subcontractors' scopes within area of responsibility.
• Identify and record changes to scope, including delays.
• Provide records to line management and commercial teams.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa + £5750 Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: Near Portmadog, Wales
Hours of work: 45 Hours Per Week - Onsite 5 days per week

The Role:
As the Mechanical Supervisor you will assist with the management and coordination of MEP trades on the project under the direction of the MEP package manager. You will coordinate and collaborate with other project disciplines and sections as required. Aswell as ensuring project compliance with all requirements within area of responsibility and to support others as required to allow compliance across the project.

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Maintain a working knowledge of all subcontractors' scopes of works within area of responsibility.


• Identify and record any changes to scope, including delays.


• Provide appropriate records to line management (MEP Package Manager) and commercial teams.

Experience/Qualifications:

• All candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years supervision experience


• Candidates ideally will hold relevant mechanical qualifications (time served etc)


• CSCS card (Skilled worker)


• SSSTS - Preferred but not essential


• IOSH - Desirable


• SMSTS - Desirable
