Compensation: Competitive pay of 20 - 23 per hour.

Carry out on-site dynamic risk assessments, identify health and safety hazards, and ensure operatives adhere to safety procedures.
Lead mechanical site installations, fault-finding, and technical problem-solving.
Plan daily site activities, allocate team skill sets, and provide technical guidance to ground operatives.
Liaise directly with client contacts and Project Managers to address planning or access issues.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and maintain accurate daily site logs.
Manage stock levels of consumables and ensure all near misses, accidents, and non-conformances are reported.
Education: GCSEs (or equivalent standard) in English and Maths.
Qualifications: Completed a modern apprenticeship or equivalent in engineering.
Technical Background: Proven hands-on site engineering experience with strong working knowledge of pipework, screens, pumps, and motors.
Certifications: CSCS card (or equivalent) required. EUSR Water & Sewage, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space (High Risk), and Abrasive Wheels are preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
