Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced on-site leader to join our Dublin-headquartered data centre construction team, delivering complex projects across Europe.

You will lead toolbox talks, coordinate trades, develop two-week lookahead plans, ensure labour requirements and quality standards, and report progress to your line manager. This role offers growth in a fast-expanding sector and exposure to Europe’s largest data centre schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
• Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
• Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.
• Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.
• Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.

Winthrop specialises in providing Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.
